A wonderful real estate agency! They are true professionals. The apartment search, paperwork, and move-in process went quickly. Katerina, the agent, is very professional. I appreciate her attentiveness, always available, and helpful with every little detail and everyday issue. I definitely recommend them if you need to rent or own an apartment or house in Pattaya. I'm incredibly happy that I chose this agency. I wish them continued growth and prosperity, with offices all over Thailand.

We were looking for apartments for a family vacation, for our family and ourselves, with comfort and coziness. Vladimir was very helpful and recommended the best options with excellent locations and surrounding amenities; everything was within walking distance and extremely comfortable. We were delighted with the apartments' freshness and complete amenities, as well as the thoughtful touches that are often overlooked. Once again, our entire family thanks you for your help and professionalism in choosing our accommodations.

Vladimir, thank you so much for this purchase! Honestly, I was a little nervous when I decided to buy a condo apartment—after all, it was my first experience and a significant amount of money. But you dispelled all my fears. A huge plus was your responsiveness. You were always available, even outside of business hours. This was greatly appreciated! A special thank you for not leaving me alone at any stage. I'm a meticulous person and asked a ton of questions, but you patiently explained everything. You supported me when I had doubts and helped me make the right decision. Thanks to you, I now feel confident and at peace. Thank you for your professionalism and human touch! I will definitely recommend you to my friends; you are the best!
