Money for a property purchase
There are no affiliate services here, and there cannot be. To register a condominium in a foreigner's name, a Thai bank must confirm that the funds arrived from abroad in foreign currency and were converted into baht inside Thailand. An exchange service cannot issue that confirmation, so the purchase is paid by bank transfer. We help you prepare the transfer and collect the documents for registration.

No. To register a condominium in a foreigner's name, a Thai bank must issue the FET form (Thor Tor 3): confirmation that the funds arrived from abroad in foreign currency and were converted into baht inside Thailand. The bank issues it only if the transfer arrived in the buyer's own name, the amount is at least the price of the unit, and the payment purpose states that it is payment for a condominium, with the unit number and project name. An exchange service cannot issue that document, and without the FET the Land Department will not register ownership. Money for the purchase therefore goes by bank transfer, while exchange services are for living costs, rent, visa deposits and everyday payments.
