Riviera Malibu Pattaya Wins Best Luxury Condo Award 2026
The Riviera Malibu Residences on Pratumnak Hill has been named the best luxury condominium development on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard at the 21st PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards. How the awards worked
Winners were announced on September 18 at a black-tie gala at Dusit Thani Bangkok. Awards covered around 60 categories, and the selection process was independently supervised by audit firm HLB Thailand.
Riviera Malibu took Best Luxury Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard), the region that includes Pattaya and the wider Chonburi province.

The project's path wasn't straightforward. It launched during COVID-19 as a combined condominium and hotel, but approvals proved difficult and the team reworked the concept. Co-owner Sukanya Gale says the market's response to the revised project became a source of pride: "When you believe in your vision and are willing to do something different, the market can respond very positively."
A developer with a track record
The Riviera Group, founded by Winston and Sukanya Gale, has picked up a string of honours:

2022 and 2025: Best Developer (Eastern Seaboard)
2023: Best Condo Developer (Eastern Seaboard)
After the 2025 win, founder and CEO Winston Gale noted it was the 14th time the company had received the award. He also credited the whole team for Malibu's win.
