Embassy World brings together under one roof everything Pattaya usually splits across separate venues. The centerpiece is the Biogenesis lagoon pool — the largest feature on the ground floor, around which all six buildings are arranged. The basement level houses a full SPA centre with immersive technology (the Journey to the Future tunnel pool, Aqua Cinema, Hydro Therapy Capsule, Thermal Galaxy with three sauna types, and the Soul Space yoga studio), while the third floor hosts the Biogenesis Sky Pool Gym, where residents train beneath the pool’s glass floor, and the Common Sphere co-working hub with a robot concierge.

Every condo is delivered fully furnished. The design follows a futuristic style: suspended ceilings with starlight LED illumination, matte and mirrored chrome-finish surfaces, large-format marble-look tiles, a European-style kitchen block, a bathroom with a digital temperature display, and a built-in backlit wardrobe.

The complex grounds include the Junior World kids’ club and the Soul Space meditation/yoga zone on the ground floor, plus shops and cafés on the ground floors of the buildings. Every building’s rooftop features its own open-air pool and lounge areas with soft furnishings. The underground parking is equipped with EV charging stations.

The complex is located on Jomtien 2nd Road, Nongprue, Banglamung — a few minutes’ drive from Jomtien Beach. Nearby: Terminal 21 Pattaya (~10 min), Central Festival (~10 min), Walking Street (~10 min), Ravanatavee water park (~5 min), and the Jomtien night market.
