Life Rama 4 - Asoke condos in Khlong Toei, Bangkok

Life Rama 4 - Asoke is a completed 39-storey tower of 1,237 units on Rama IV Road in Khlong Toei, central Bangkok. It was built by AP Thailand, one of the country's largest listed developers. The building was registered as a condominium in June 2024, so the condos are sold completed, with a free furniture package.

The building has 1-bedroom condos of 26.4-33 m², 1-bedroom condos with an extra room (1 Bedroom Plus) of 35-38.7 m², 2-bedroom condos of 47-75 m² and one 3-bedroom condo of 91.6 m². The October 2026 price list shows 196 condos available on floors 9-35. The windows look out over the city, the Chao Phraya River with the green Bang Krachao peninsula, and Benjakitti Park.

MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre station on the Blue Line is 430 m away in a straight line. From there it is one stop to Sukhumvit, where you can change to BTS Asok, two stops to Lumphini and One Bangkok, and three to Si Lom. BTS Phrom Phong is 1.5 km away in a straight line. Nearby are Benjakitti Park, the QSNCC convention centre and the offices of The PARQ and FYI Center.

For shopping, there is a 7-Eleven 50 m from the building and several more 250-430 m away, and the Lotus's Rama 4 supermarket is 700 m away. The nearest hospital is MedPark at 690 m, with Benchakitti Park Hospital at 1.1 km. Raintree and Australian International School Bangkok are 1 km away, and Trinity is 1.4 km. A condo is reserved with a deposit of 100,000 baht (1 bedroom) or 200,000 baht (2 bedrooms).

Within 7 days of reserving, you sign the contract and pay 15% of the price. The remaining 85% is paid within 30 days of reserving, and ownership is transferred straight away, as the building is complete.

The October 2026 price list gives a 250,000 baht discount on almost all condos and 450,000 baht on some, plus a free furniture package. Prices on the website already include the discount.
