Project Information

PATTA PILLAR is a new gated community of detached two-storey houses by PATTA (Patta Development) on Motorway 7 in East Pattaya. The project concept — "Spaces Where Life Grows" — spans 39-0-63.2 rai (about 62,650 m²) with 88 houses in total.

Three house types are available. Serene (217 m², 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) sits on a plot from 222 m² (55.5 sq.wah). Mirage (280 m², 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) offers a plot from 286 m² (71.5 sq.wah). Legacy (387 m², 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3-car parking) is the flagship type on a plot from 425 m² (106.3 sq.wah). All houses are delivered to the project's standard finish, excluding furniture and a swimming pool.

Community amenities include a guarded entrance, a clubhouse with a lounge and swimming pool, a fitness room, landscaped garden areas, and a sports court.

Purchase terms: booking fee 50,000 ฿ (all types), 5% on signing the contract (within 7 days of booking), then instalments of 200,000 ฿/month over 18 months, with the balance due on handover. The land transfer fee is split equally between buyer and seller, and specific business tax is paid by the seller. The common area fee is 39 ฿/sq.wah/month, paid 2 years in advance at transfer.
