Project Information

Pristine Park 3 is a residential complex by Thai developer Dusit Group Co., Ltd., located in Jomtien between Thepprasit soi 5 and soi 7. The project has EIA (environmental impact assessment) approval; construction started in April 2025, with move-in planned for early 2028. The complex comprises 6 buildings (A–F), each 8 storeys tall with 27–29 units per floor — 1,291 units in total on an 18,324.80 m² plot (11 rai, 1 ngan, 81.2 sq. wah).

Unit types: Type A studios at 25 m²; 1-bedroom Type B1 at 29 m² (buildings B, E, F), Type B2 at 34 m², Type B3 at 36 m² (buildings B, E) and Type B4 at 43 m² (buildings B, E, F), Type B5 at 58 m² (building D); 2-bedroom Type C1 at 59 m² (building C) and Type C2 at 65.82 m² (buildings C, D), plus combined 2-bedroom layouts — A+B at 59 m² (buildings B, E) and B+B at 68 m² (building F). In-unit ceiling height is 2.5 meters.

Complex facilities: a private pool at each of the buildings A–F, two rooftop relaxation zones, a co-working space, a game room, a golf simulator and a kids’ play room in the communal area of building C, and separate communal restrooms.

Prices shown are from the developer’s price list dated 29 May 2024 and are indicative only — some units have already been sold, so please confirm current pricing and availability with the developer. Payment terms as of that price list: for studios and 1-bedroom units — 50,000 THB booking fee, 20–30% contract payment, 20–30% installment (30 payments), and the 40–60% balance on handover depending on ownership quota (Thai/foreign); for 2-bedroom units — a 100,000 THB booking fee under similar terms.
