The Indeed Condo

The Indeed Condo is a complex of three 8-storey buildings — A, B and C — with 578 units on Boon Kanjanaram Road in Jomtien, arranged around a shared pool courtyard. Layouts include Standard Room and Pool Access Studio condos at 26 m² (57 units), Deluxe Room and Pool Access Deluxe 1-bedroom condos at 32.5–33 m² (467 units), a Junior Suite at 44.8 m² (14 units) and an Executive Suite at 57 m² (14 units), plus a Family Suite at 57.8 m² (26 units) — available under both Thai and foreign quotas.

All units are delivered fully furnished and ready to move in: a mattress and linens, European-style wardrobes, a kitchen set with a built-in electric hob and hood, air-conditioning in every room, and — in the Family Suite — a washing machine as well. Finishes include painted walls, suspended ceilings with LED lighting, ceramic tile or laminate flooring, tempered-glass shower enclosures and digital door locks.

Complex facilities: a central pool with sun loungers and lounge areas in the courtyard, a gym with panoramic views, a sauna, a tropical garden with walking paths, and co-working and lounge zones. The grounds are under 24-hour security and CCTV with electronic key-card access, and covered parking is provided for 30% of the total number of spaces.

The complex is located on Boon Kanjanaram Road in Jomtien, 900 meters (about a 10-minute walk) from Jomtien Beach; nearby are cafes, shops, markets and restaurants, with central Pattaya about a 10-minute drive away. Payment runs in three stages: a reservation deposit, a contract payment within 15 days, and a final payment on handover; transfer fees are split equally between the buyer and the developer. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
