Project Information
The Title Sierra is a condominium by developer Rhom Bho Property (The Title brand) in Bang Tao, inland from the beach. Three eight-storey buildings with 452 units stand on a 6,957 m² plot with mountain views all around. The project launched in 2025 and is now in pre-sale; the developer has not yet announced a completion date.
1-bedroom condos range from 28.4 to 31 m², 1-bedroom Plus condos from 44 to 46.5 m², and 2-bedroom condos from 55.7 to 62.9 m². They are handed over with a kitchen (Hafele sink, hob and extractor hood), built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and water heater, plus wallpaper and curtains. Ground-floor condos have ceramic tile floors, upper floors have SPC flooring, and the sanitary ware is by Kohler.
The complex stands next to HomePro in Cherngtalay. Officially it lies in Cherngtalay subdistrict (tambon) in Thalang district, which also covers Bang Tao Beach, the Laguna resorts, Layan and Surin. This is not a beachfront location: Bang Tao Beach is 2 km away, and residents get there by shuttle. Shops are within walking distance: Villa Market at HomePro is 250 m away, 7-Eleven 300 m and Tops Food Hall at Porto de Phuket 520 m. Villa Market at Boat Avenue is 750 m away and Lotus's Go Fresh 800 m.
For families, HeadStart International School and Blossom House kindergarten are both 1.2 km away, and Little Lions kindergarten is 1.8 km away. CTL Hospital Phuket is 840 m away and the airport, according to the developer, 15 km. All other distances are in a straight line, and the places are marked on the map below.

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (THE TITLE brand) develops condominiums in Phuket. The company says it was founded in 2007 and became a public company in 2016, and its shares have traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2017 (ticker TITLE). It is now part of the Asset Wise Public Company Limited group.
According to the company's 2026 profile, it has 19 projects with a total value of 49,260 million baht: 5 completed, 2 ready to move into and 12 under construction. Its Phuket projects include The Title Rawai (three phases), The Title Kamala, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao, The Title Serenity Naiyang, The Halo 1, The Title Heritage Bang-Tao, The Title Sierra, The Title Vivana, The Modeva, ViVi and Biancana. The company runs its completed complexes itself, handling management, rentals, repairs and cleaning.
