Project Information
ViVi is a small residential complex in Bang Tao by the developer Rhom Bho Property (the THE TITLE brand, part of the Asset Wise group). It is a single eight-storey building with 181 units on a 3,071 m² plot, with more than 650 m² of green space. The building is under construction, and the developer has not yet announced a completion date.
Every condo has 1 bedroom. The most compact, types S and M, are 28-30 m², while the 1 Bedroom Plus condos range from 46 to 52 m². A built-in kitchen with a sink, electric hob and extractor hood, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a water heater, wallpaper and curtains are included free of charge. A full furniture package can be bought separately.
Officially the address is Cherng Talay subdistrict in Thalang District, home to Bang Tao Beach, the Laguna resorts and the Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue shopping streets. According to the developer, Maya Beach Club is 800 m away, Catch Beach Club 1.5 km and the airport 17 km. This is not a beachfront location: Bang Tao Beach is 540 m away in a straight line, Pineapple Beach 2.1 km and Surin 2.4 km. Tops daily is 240 m from the building, Lotus's Go Fresh 850 m and 7-Eleven 860 m. Tops Food Hall at Porto de Phuket and Villa Market on Boat Avenue are about 1.2 km away.
CTL Hospital Phuket is 830 m away. For children, there is the Blossom House international nursery at 1.6 km, Little Lions at 2.2 km and HeadStart school at 2.7 km. According to the company, it was founded in 2007, became a public company in 2016 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2017 (ticker TITLE). It is now part of the Asset Wise Public Company Limited group.
