Project Information
The Kuartz is a condominium by Rhom Bho Property (The Title brand) near Karon Beach. Its two seven-storey buildings hold 189 units on a 4,412.8 m² plot, designed by the architects L65 Group. The project is in pre-sale, and the developer has not yet announced a completion date.
1-bedroom condos range from 31.7 to 36.6 m², and 1-bedroom Plus condos from 44.7 to 55.4 m². 2-bedroom condos are 56.6-62.9 m². On the seventh floor are 2-bedroom penthouses of 69.5-97.2 m², each with its own roof terrace of 65 to 90 m². The lower floors hold the parking and lobby, so condos start from the second floor. The furniture has thoughtful details: a pull-out trouser rack, a shoe niche and a spice organiser in the kitchen.

It is not on the beachfront, but the sea is within walking distance: Karon Beach is 520 m away, and the complex has a second entrance on the beach side. Shops are right by the building: 7-Eleven at 70 m and Tops daily at 170 m. The Makro wholesale store is 2.2 km away.
Schools are a drive away: Kinderville Nova in Chalong is 3.7 km, Lighthouse kindergarten 4.3 km, and ISP and BCIS 4.9-5.6 km. The nearest hospital, Patong Hospital, is 5.4 km away. Distances are in a straight line, and all places are marked on the map below.

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (THE TITLE brand) builds condominiums in Phuket. The company says it was founded in 2007, became a public company in 2016 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2017 (ticker TITLE). It is now part of the Asset Wise Public Company Limited group.
According to its 2026 company profile, it has 19 projects with a total value of 49,260 million baht: 5 completed, 2 ready to move into and 12 under construction. Its Phuket projects include The Title Rawai (three phases), The Title Kamala, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao, The Title Serenity Naiyang, The Halo 1, The Title Heritage Bang-Tao, The Title Sierra, The Title Vivana, The Modeva, ViVi and Biancana.
