Project Information
The Modeva is a large residential complex in Bang Tao by developer Rhom Bho Property (THE TITLE brand, part of the Asset Wise group). Seven 7-storey buildings with 859 units stand on a 25,329 m² plot around a courtyard with a lagoon and pools. The complex is under construction, and the developer has not yet announced a completion date.
There is a wide choice of 11 condo types with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. 1-bedroom condos range from 29 to 51 m², and 1 Bedroom Plus condos are 55-58 m². 2-bedroom condos range from 65 to 95 m², and 2 Bedroom Plus condos are 93-111 m². There are also duplex condos of 112-113 m² with 2 bedrooms and 146-148 m² with 3 bedrooms, as well as penthouses of 79-148 m². A built-in kitchen with hob, extractor hood and sink, wardrobes and air conditioning are included free of charge. Each condo also comes with a water heater, curtains and balcony furniture, while the full furniture package is bought separately. Appliances are by Teka, sanitaryware by Kohler and American Standard, and floors from the second floor up are finished in SPC.
Officially the address is Cherngtalay subdistrict (tambon) in Thalang district (amphoe), not far from the Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue shopping streets. According to the developer, Maya Beach Club is 800 m away and Catch Beach Club 1.5 km. Patong is 6.6 km away and the airport 17 km. This is not beachfront: Bang Tao Beach is 680 m away in a straight line, and Pineapple Beach and Laguna Beach are 2.3 and 2.5 km away. Shops nearby include Tops daily at 430 m and Lotus's Go Fresh at 780 m. About 960 m away are Tops Food Hall in Porto de Phuket and Villa Market on Boat Avenue.
CTL Hospital Phuket is 770 m away. For children, there are the international kindergartens Blossom House at 1.4 km and Little Lions at 2 km, and HeadStart school at 2.6 km. Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (the THE TITLE brand) is a condominium developer in Phuket. According to the company, it was founded in 2007, became a public company in 2016 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2017 (ticker TITLE). It is now part of the Asset Wise Public Company Limited group.
