Project Information
The Title Heritage is a large residential complex in Bang Tao by developer Rhom Bho Property (the THE TITLE brand, part of the Asset Wise group). Seven seven-storey buildings with 789 units, a clubhouse and two parking buildings stand on a 25,350 m² plot. The architecture is neoclassical, with touches of Phuket's Peranakan heritage. The building is nearly complete, but the developer has not yet announced the completion date.
Condos come with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. 1-bedroom condos range from 32 to 62 m², and on the ground floor there are small XS condos that open straight onto the pool. 1 Bedroom Plus condos are 56-64 m², 2-bedroom condos 66-106 m² and 3-bedroom condos 122-132 m². The seventh floor, the top floor, has the Ultra series: 2-bedroom condos of 87-145 m² and 3-bedroom condos of 163-190 m². Furniture packages are sold separately.
The complex is on Bandon-Cherngtalay Road, next to the Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue shopping streets. Officially it is in Cherngtalay subdistrict (tambon), Thalang District (amphoe), which also covers Bang Tao Beach, the Laguna resorts, Layan and Surin. Shops are right by the building: Tops daily is 60 m away and Tops Food Hall in Porto de Phuket is 190 m away. A little further are Villa Market on Boat Avenue at 240 m and a 7-Eleven at 260 m. Bang Tao Beach is 1.7 km away, so this is not a beachfront location. Residents have a shuttle service.
For families, Blossom House international kindergarten is 720 m away, Little Lions 1.3 km and HeadStart school 1.7 km. CTL Hospital Phuket is 960 m away. All distances are in a straight line, and you can show these places on the map below.

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (THE TITLE brand) develops condominiums in Phuket. According to the company, it was founded in 2007, became a public company in 2016 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2017 (ticker TITLE). It is now part of the Asset Wise Public Company Limited group.
According to the company profile for 2026, it has 19 projects with a total value of 49,260 million baht: 5 completed, 2 ready to move into and 12 under construction. Its Phuket projects include The Title Rawai (three phases), The Title Kamala, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao, The Title Serenity Naiyang, The Halo 1, The Title Heritage Bang-Tao, The Title Sierra, The Title Vivana, The Modeva, ViVi and Biancana. The company manages its completed complexes itself, covering management, rentals, maintenance and cleaning.
