Project Information
The Olive is a residential complex by the developer Rhom Bho Property (THE TITLE brand, part of the Asset Wise group) in Nai Yang, close to the beach and Sirinat National Park. The 6,490 m² plot holds two eight-storey buildings with 287 units and a clubhouse with four shops on the ground floor. The developer describes the style as modern classic with a Mediterranean touch: rounded lines, olive green and terracotta. The complex is under construction, and the developer has not yet announced a completion date.
The condos are compact, with 1 or 2 bedrooms, on floors 2-8. The 1-bedroom condos measure 31.75 to 33.9 m², the 1 Bedroom Plus 44 to 52 m², and the 2-bedroom condos 56 to 63 m².
The address is 22 Soi Bang Ma Lao 2, Sakhu subdistrict, Thalang District. This is the north of the island, near the airport: Nai Yang Beach runs right alongside the runway, and part of the coast lies within Sirinat National Park. According to the developer, the area has seafood restaurants and a market, and the spa at The Slate hotel is 400 m away.

According to the company, it was founded in 2007, became a public company in 2016 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2017 (ticker TITLE). It is now part of the Asset Wise Public Company Limited group.
According to its 2026 company profile, it has 19 projects with a total value of 49,260 million baht: 5 completed, 2 ready to move into and 12 under construction.
