Project Information
The Title Legendary is a large residential complex in Bang Tao by developer Rhom Bho Property, under its The Title brand. Nine seven-storey buildings with 637 units, a clubhouse and a car park stand on a 24,519 m² plot. The buildings have light-coloured, arched façades, with pools and gardens between them. The complex is complete, and handover of condos to buyers began in 2025.
Choose from studios of 31-36 m², 1-bedroom condos of 40-61 m² and 2-bedroom condos of 65-94 m². The 1 Bedroom Plus layouts have an extra room. Legend condos are more spacious than the standard ones: 51-60 m² with 1 bedroom and 87-94 m² with 2 bedrooms. Ground-floor condos have direct pool access or a private garden. Ceilings are 2.8 m high on the ground and seventh floors and 2.65 m on all other floors.
Condos are handed over with a fitted kitchen (Hafele sink, hob and extractor hood), built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and water heater, plus wallpapered walls and curtains. Bathroom fittings are by Kohler.

This is not a beachfront location: Bang Tao Beach is 620 m away in a straight line. Close to home are Tops daily at 320 m, Lotus's Go Fresh at 770 m and 7-Eleven at 790 m. The Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue shopping streets, with Tops Food Hall and Villa Market supermarkets, are 1.1 km away.
CTL Hospital Phuket is just 750 m away. For families, there are international nurseries nearby, Blossom House at 1.6 km and Little Lions at 2.2 km, as well as HeadStart school at 2.6 km. All distances are in a straight line, and you can find these places on the map below.

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (THE TITLE brand) develops condominiums in Phuket. According to the company, it was founded in 2007, became a public company in 2016 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2017 (ticker TITLE). The company is now part of the Asset Wise Public Company Limited group.
According to the company profile for 2026, it has 19 projects with a total value of 49,260 million baht: 5 completed, 2 ready to move into and 12 under construction.
