VIBE Residence condos in Karon

VIBE Residence is a residential complex by ESM Company Group in Karon, close to Karon Beach. Its three buildings hold 309 units on a 5,893.6 m² plot. Building A has 5 floors, and Buildings B and C have 8 floors each. The building permit was issued in February 2026, and the developer plans to complete the complex in Q4 2028.

Layouts range from 28 m² studios to 2-bedroom condos. 1-bedroom condos are 30-50 m², and 2-bedroom condos are 54-72 m². Some condos on floors 4-8 of Building C have sea and mountain views. Pets are not allowed.

The complex is not on the beachfront, but you can walk to the sea. Karon Beach is 440 m away in a straight line. Karon Park with its lake is nearby, along with restaurants, bars and markets. 7-Eleven is 130 m away, Tops daily is 500 m away and the Makro wholesale store is 2.5 km away.

International schools are further away: Kinderville Nova is 3.8 km away, Lighthouse kindergarten 4.5 km, and ISP and BCIS 5.3-6 km. Patong Hospital is 5.1 km away. All distances are in a straight line, and the places are marked on the map below.

You reserve a condo with a non-refundable deposit of 200,000 baht. Within 30 days you pay 35%. The rest follows a payment schedule: 20% in January 2027, 15% in July 2027 and 15% in January 2028. The final payments are 10% in May 2028 and 5% in December 2028.

Prices in the price list are for leasehold. Freehold for foreign buyers costs 12,000 baht per m² more. On top of the price, the buyer pays a 1% transfer fee and 20,000 baht for water and electricity connection. The maintenance fee is 70 baht per m² per month, paid a year in advance, and there is a one-off sinking fund payment of 800 baht per m². The furniture package is sold separately.
