Project Information
The Title Vivana is a condominium by developer Rhom Bho Property (The Title brand) in Kamala, on the west coast of Phuket. Four seven-storey buildings in Italian coastal style hold 306 units on a plot of about 10,088 m². The project is in pre-sale, and the developer has not yet announced a completion date.
The 1-bedroom condos range from 30 to 43.5 m², and the 1-bedroom Plus condos from 50 to 56 m². The 2-bedroom condos are 60-100 m², and the largest, XL, are 120.5-128.5 m². There are also 2-bedroom penthouses of 81-105 m² and 3-bedroom penthouses of 113.5-123 m². The furnished show units are a 1-bedroom condo of 33 m² and a 1-bedroom Plus condo of 51 m².

This is not a beachfront location: Kamala Beach is 1.5 km away. A shuttle to the beach runs from the neighbouring Mingle Crystal Lake project. The nearest 7-Eleven is 870 m away and the Big C Market and Tops Kamala supermarkets are 1.7 km away, so it is easier to drive for groceries.
Wattanapat Hospital is close, at 1.1 km. International schools are further away: HeadStart in Cherngtalay at 4.5 km, Blossom House kindergarten at 5.6 km and British International School at 8.2 km. Distances are in a straight line, and the places are shown on the map below.

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (THE TITLE brand) builds condominiums in Phuket. According to the company, it was founded in 2007, became a public company in 2016 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 2017 (ticker TITLE). It is now part of the Asset Wise Public Company Limited group.
According to the company profile for 2026, it has 19 projects with a total value of THB 49,260 million: 5 completed, 2 ready to move into and 12 under construction. Its Phuket projects include The Title Rawai (three phases), The Title Kamala, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao, The Title Serenity Naiyang, The Halo 1, The Title Heritage Bang-Tao, The Title Sierra, The Title Vivana, The Modeva, ViVi and Biancana.
