Project Information
Ashram Villas is a gated community of 7 single-storey villas with private pools in the south of Phuket, near Nai Harn Beach. The developer is UDOMO Thailand. The plot sits on a natural rise next to tropical forest, and there are no cars inside the community. The developer has not yet announced a completion date.
Every villa has 2 bedrooms and its own floor plan. Including the terrace and pool, each villa covers 151 to 235 m², with 69 to 84.5 m² of living space. Villas 1-4 have multi-pitched roofs and ceilings up to 5.5 m, while villas 5-7 have flat roofs and 3.2 m ceilings. Villas 4 and 5 are made up of two separate buildings. Each villa has two bathrooms and an open-air bathroom.

This is not beachfront: the sea is 1.6 km away, the nearest beach is Nai Harn and Kata Noi is 2.3 km away, so residents get to the beach by motorbike or car. Within walking distance are a 7-Eleven at 620 m and Tops daily at 640 m, with Lotus's Go Fresh 920 m away.
For families, Kinderville is 1.6 km away and ABC kindergarten 1.8 km, Lighthouse schools are 2.4-3.1 km away and ISP 4.1 km. The nearest hospital, Hope Hospital, is 4.8 km away. Distances are in a straight line; see the places on the map below.
Buying terms at Ashram Villas
A villa is reserved with a 150,000 baht deposit. Within 15 days you sign the contract and pay 35%, then pay in construction stages: 20% after the foundations, 20% after the structure and 10% once the windows and doors are installed. The final 15%, minus the reservation deposit, is paid on registration.
An instalment plan is also available: 60% of the price during construction and the balance on a schedule after handover of the keys. The furniture package is not included in the price.
You can rent out your villa through the UDOMO management company: the owner receives 70% of the rental income and the company 30%.
Amenities and Infrastructure
Clubhouse with reception, a café serving breakfast and coffee, a co-working space, an events space and a studio for yoga and stretching.
Sauna, hammam and plunge pool, a workout area, a children's playground and parking; the grounds inside the community are car-free.
In the villas: a pool with terrace and open-air bathrooms with jungle views; villas 2 and 3 have space for a film projector on the terrace.
Features
Four of the seven villas have roofs of synthetic thatch, while the rest have flat roofs with a recess for a palm tree. Villas 6 and 7 can be combined into one 4-bedroom residence with two pools.

Developer Information Ashram Villas
UDOMO is an investment and construction company from Russia and Thailand (Udomo Ufa and Udomo Thailand). Its founder, Alexander Gareev, is behind the Ashram Villas and Panorama Kata Ocean View Villas projects; according to the company, he has more than 17 years of experience in construction, investment and property management.
Projects listed in the company's presentations: in Ufa, the cottage estates Panorama 27 (25 houses, completed) and Panorama 14 (14 houses, completion in Q4 2027); elsewhere in Russia, the ASHRAM VIP VILLA house on the shore of the Pavlovskoye Reservoir; and in Phuket, Ashram Villas and Panorama Kata. The UDOMO Thailand project list also includes Calypso condo. The company manages and rents out the villas itself.
